RETURN POLICY CHANGE

As of Tuesday, March 21, 2005, there will be refunds only on defective items. All other returns will receive store credit.

Returns and Exchanges

All returns/exchanges should be shipped to the following address accompanied with your order number and brief explanation of the return/exchange.

CLOTHING ITEMS

We will not accept returns or exchanges on clothing that has washed or worn.

If the item you ordered does not fit or you are not satisfied with the size you ordered and you would like to exchange it for a different size or another item you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back us and you will also be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred to reship your item.

If you received the wrong item you can send it back to us and we will replace it with the correct one. You will not be responsible for any further shipping costs.

MUSIC ITEMS

All music items (CDs and vinyl) can only be returned if defective (the CD/vinyl is received damaged or does not play).
