All orders are shipped from our Albany, New York warehouse. Shipping times vary depending on your proximity to our warehouse. Orders are only shipped on business days, Monday through Friday. No orders are shipped on Saturday or Sunday.
All domestic orders are shipped via UPS or the US Postal Service. All domestic in-stock orders ship within five business days of the order being placed regardless of selected shipping method.

Expedited shipping methods such as UPS 2nd Day Air and US Postal Service Priority Mail will see quicker delivery times. Please note that ship times are when your order is processed and leaves our warehouse, not from when your order is placed.
International orders are shipped via the US Postal Service. All international in-stock orders ship within five business days of the order being placed. Depending on which country you live in, it can take up to 6 weeks for you to receive your order, generally most orders are received within 2-4 weeks.
