Over the course of its twelve tracks the band weaves together their many influences into a singular sonic imprint that draws inspiration from the pounding grooves of 90’s hardcore and fuses them with the off kilter and experimental approach of 2000’s post hardcore and early screamo.

These songs radiate a passion, urgency, and authenticity that is unique to Spiritkiller’s take on hardcore music and resonates well beyond the boundaries of genre. As much Snapcase and Refused as it is At The Drive in and Fugazi, This World Is Yours And You Cant Refuse It maintains the band’s signature precision and aggression in songwriting while offering a vibrant and kinetic emotional approach to their presentation.

Both political and deeply personal in its subject matter, the album was written intentionally to serve as a snapshot of ordinary life in times of upheaval, uncertainty and anxiety. The LP is accompanied by a 36-page booklet/photographic essay meant to provide visual context for each track.

For those in search of hardcore that expresses its feelings, pushes boundaries, and still lands as hard as a gut-punch, this is your AOTY.

Vinyl Pressing Info:
Black 12” Vinyl Test Press - Limited to 20 copies
Burlington Special 12” Vinyl - Limited to 25 copies
Half Blue Marble Half Rainbow 12” Vinyl - Limited to 100 copies (Immigrant Sun Exclusive)
White / Light Blue Color In Color w/ Pink Splatter 12” Vinyl - Limited to 100 copies (Immigrant Sun Exclusive)
Black / Blue Smoke 12” Vinyl - Limited to 100 copies (Immigrant Sun Exclusive)
Pink Blue Sparkle Burst 12” Vinyl - Limited to 100 copies (Protagonist Exclusive)
Orange inside Milky White 12” Vinyl - Limited to 100 copies (Protagonost Exclusive)

Spiritkiller is Tom Schlatter | Mike Putz | Byron Wheeler | Charles Cure
Guest vocals on Skinjob by Sinead of Cinnamon
Guest vocals on Crowdpleaser by Angelo of Unfortuneteller

Tracks 1, 2, 4, 6, 11 recorded April 2025 at Pacemaker Audio Clifton Park, NY
Engineered by Tyler Krupsky

Tracks 3, 5, 7,8,9,10,12 recorded May 2026 at Permanent Hearing Damage Clifton Heights, PA
Engineered by Steve Roche

Additional vocal recording May 2026 at White Lake Music and Post Albany, NY
Engineered by Ryan Slowey

Mixed and Mastered by John Howard at War House Recording

Track Listing:
1.
